I just delivered another carrot cake but this one was not gluten free, i got to go back to my comfort zone! Flour eggs and butter! I gave it a candied walnut topping that was fun to make!
Then when that was baking i decided to make some vegan vanilla cupcakes, they turned out great. They were very light so i pared it with a chocolate orange ganache that was a darker chocolate! Might be my favorite cupcake I've made yet!
